Come cercare casa a Berlino (o in Germania)?

Sono due siti molto famosi e gettonati nella ricerca sia di
una stanza che di un appartamento. Personalmente, abbiamo spedito tantissime
email e contattato tantissimi utenti per visionare le case che mettevano in
affitto, ma in pochissimi ci hanno risposto. Tentar non nuoce comunque! J
Sempre per quanto riguarda la ricerca della casa, ci sono
alcuni siti web di agenzie che possono fare al caso vostro. In questo caso
però, dovrete mettere in conto un budget più alto, perché, ovviamente, dovrete
pagare anche i costi di agenzia che di solito sono di 1 o 2 mensilità, a
seconda dei casi. I siti nei quali abbiamo cercato sono:
Un altro link utile può essere il seguente, si tratta di un blog che illustra benissimo il lessico che viene usato negli annunci immobiliari, a noi è tornato molto utile, spero lo sia anche per voi!

In ogni caso, ho realizzato un video nel quale vi parlo più
dettagliatamente di questi siti e della nostra esperienza! Ve ne consiglio la

Ultima cosa, ma non ultima per importanza, STATE ATTENTI
ALLE TRUFFE! Come vi spiego nel video, sono diffusissime, e possono manifestarsi sotto svariate forme.
Di seguito vi lascio il testo dell’email che mi è stata mandata e che, a detta
di persone più esperte di noi, era una truffa! Il gioco è sempre lo stesso,
all’inizio sono gentili, vi raccontano della loro vita e poi vi chiedono soldi
in cambio della spedizione delle chiavi di casa….che poi ovviamente non
arrivano! Quindi, OCCHI APERTI!

Thanks for your reply,I read your e-mail regarding my apartment: xxx that has 2 rooms : 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (40 m²).
I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies, but now she's back home permanently, so I am renting it out.
We will not use the place any more, so you can rent it even for a long term. The flat is fully furnished and renovated.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.
The place is fully equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, LCD TV, etc.
Also, very important, the utilities (water, electricity,Internet, digital TV,) are included in the rent of 315 Euro.
The kaution is 620 Euro and you will get it back when you will move out (I will need a 30 days notice).
Now, a little bit about myself: My name is Dxxxx husband of xxxx and I'm a 51 years old xxx from Bristol-United Kingdom .
I'm a pet owner myself, so I will have no problem if you want to keep a pet in the house, as long as nothing is damaged.
Unfortunately, my health and ongoing treatment don't allow me to do any travelling for the next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.
However, this won't affect the rental at all. I can make arrangements to have a real estate agency handle everything for me.
I would like to know how many persons you intend to share the flat with, and for how long. Any other details about yourself would be appreciated.
So I guess this is it for now, I hope I didn't forget anything.”

La ricerca di una casa è molto difficile soprattutto se la fate dall’Italia e se ancora non sapete il tedesco. In linea generale, i siti
tedeschi più famosi e dai quali abbiamo cercato sono i seguenti:

Altro consiglio che mi sento di darvi, è di cercare nella
miriade di gruppi che sono presenti su facebook, vi basterà cercare le parole "WG GESUCHT e il nome della città in cui volete cercare casa". Nel caso di Berlino ve ne
segnalo un paio:
